- Log in to your IMOMA TECH Client Area and open your cPanel dashboard.
- In the cPanel search engine or under the "Email" block, click on Autoresponders.
- Click the blue Add Autoresponder button.
- Fill out the setup form fields based on your preferences:
- Character Set: You can leave the default option (utf-8).
- Interval: The number of hours the system should wait before replying again to the exact same email address (entering
1or2prevents spamming the recipient if they send you multiple messages in a row). - Email: Type only the prefix string of your mailbox address (e.g., if the mail is
general@your-domain.com, just typegeneral). - Domain: Select the correct target domain name from the adjacent dropdown layout.
- From: The sender name that will display on the automated reply (e.g.,
IMOMA Supportor your company name). - Subject: The title line for the automatic message (e.g.,
We have received your message! [Auto-Response]). - Body: Write the actual text content your customer will receive back. You can check the "This message contains HTML" box if you want to format your text with bold strings or custom links.
- Start / Stop Time: Select Immediately to turn the rule active now, or choose Custom to define the exact date and hour windows when the responder should launch and freeze (ideal for scheduling your exact holiday absence).
- Click the Create/Modify button at the footer to save your configuration.
