How to access cPanel Webmail from your browser Print

  • 0

cPanel offers a native web interface called Webmail, which allows you to read, send, and organize your professional business emails directly from any web browser, without needing to install or configure additional software on your desktop or mobile device.

How to Access Webmail (Quick & Direct Method):

The easiest way to open your inbox is by typing the direct address into your URL bar. Simply add /webmail or the secure port :2096 to the end of your root domain:

(Make sure to replace "your-domain.com" with your actual registered domain name).

Step-by-Step Login Guide:

  1. Open your web browser and type one of the webmail paths shown above.
  2. On the official Webmail login screen, enter your mail account credentials:
    • Email Address: Your complete corporate email address (e.g., contact@your-domain.com).
    • Password: The specific password assigned to this account when generated in cPanel.
  3. Click the Log in button.
  4. Upon your first login, you will see the default mail client named Roundcube. Click the Open button (and check the "Open my inbox when I log in" box to bypass this screen automatically next time).
???? Shortcut via IMOMA TECH Client Area:
If you happen to forget your specific mailbox password, you can access Webmail passwordless as an administrator. Log in to your IMOMA TECH Client Area > Services > Manage cPanel. Inside the cPanel dashboard, click on Email Accounts, find your mailbox in the directory, and click the Check Email button.

What features are available in Webmail?

The active Roundcube interface operates just like standard modern webmail systems (like Gmail or Outlook). Using the navigation layout, you can compose messages, manage subfolders, configure an HTML or text email signature, and easily update your account access password at any time by clicking the user icon in the top right corner.
