At IMOMA TECH, we prioritize the speed of your service activation. We have integrated multiple payment methods that communicate directly with our billing system, allowing your invoice to be settled and your service to be activated automatically, without any delays.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Heleket (Credit/Debit Cards): Instant processing for secure payments using Visa or Mastercard. This is the recommended method to avoid any service interruptions.
  • PayPal: Use your PayPal balance or linked cards for fast, globally recognized payments.
  • Débito / M-Pesa: Our integrated solution for the local market. When selecting this method, the system guides you through the automated authorization process, ensuring your payment is recorded in real-time.

Do I need to send a payment receipt?

In the vast majority of cases, no. Since our payment methods are electronic and automated, our system recognizes the transaction the moment it is successfully completed. Once the payment is validated:

  1. The invoice status automatically changes from "Unpaid" to "Paid".
  2. Your service (hosting, domain, or server) is instantly renewed or provisioned.
???? When should you send a receipt?
Only if you choose to perform a manual bank transfer to our corporate accounts (when this option is explicitly indicated on the invoice). In these cases, you should open a ticket with our Billing department, attaching the transfer slip so that our team can manually reconcile the amount and mark your invoice as paid.
