If you have an active deployment within the IMOMA TECH platform (such as a shared web hosting layout, cloud VPS node, or software license) that you no longer require, you can initialize a formal cancellation directly inside your Client Area. Completing this workflow flags our billing automation engine to halt future invoice generations for the upcoming billing cycle.
Critical Warning: Processing a service cancellation triggers the absolute, permanent wipe of all file structures, internal database layers, and corporate mailboxes mapped to that specific deployment. Ensure that you download a complete data backup to your local machine before executing this step.
Step-by-Step Cancellation Workflow
- Navigate to the IMOMA TECH Client Area and authenticate using your profile login.
- On the primary navigation layout bar, click on Services and select My Services.
- Inside your active products repository matrix, locate the deployment you wish to terminate and click the Manage button (or click straight on the product entry row).
- Under the left actions panel grid (or the centralized dashboard view), click on the Request Cancellation button link.
- Inside the validation form interface, complete the requested parameters:
- Briefly Describe your Reason for Cancellation: Supply a quick reference regarding your decision (your direct feedback guides our infrastructure improvements).
- Cancellation Type: Toggle between the two operational pathways:
- Immediate: The service layout terminates and gets purged from the cloud environment within the next 24 hours. Use this if your data is already migrated and you want to close the node instantly.
- End of Billing Period: The service remains fully online and functional until the final day of your active paid cycle term. The account will deprecate automatically on the renewal milestone date, and no future invoice will be generated.
- Click the red Request Cancellation submission button to finalize the operational request.
Submitting a cancellation layout for a hosting package does not terminate your active domain name registration (.com, .net, .org, etc.). Domain names are secured on fixed annual lease boundaries and drop naturally if you opt out of settling their specific renewal invoices. To disable automatic domain renewal notices, navigate to Domains -> Auto-Renew Status in your dashboard panel layout.
Can I Reverse a Submitted Cancellation Request?
If you selected the "End of Billing Period" pathway and change your mind prior to the expiration milestone, you can revoke the cancellation order. To do so, please open an administrative support ticket with our desk requesting our billing team to re-enable your product's automated lifecycle billing status.
