To ensure your websites, enterprise emails, and server infrastructure never experience suspension, it is crucial to settle your balances before their respective due dates. The IMOMA TECH platform dispatches automated email updates whenever a new statement is compiled, allowing you to settle balances swiftly and securely inside your Client Area.

How to Locate Your Invoices

  1. Navigate to the IMOMA TECH Client Area and log in with your credentials.
  2. Right on the main Dashboard deck, you will notice a summary tile labeled Invoices highlighting your total pending items. You can click straight on that box.
  3. Alternatively, expand the top navigation bar menu, click on Billing, and select My Invoices.
  4. A structured matrix displaying your entire financial history will load. Locate the invoice flagged as Unpaid in a red badge and click on it to open the full document asset.

How to Complete the Payment Process

When reviewing the official invoice layout on your screen, locate the Payment Method dropdown selection tool in the upper right-hand area. Toggle it to choose your preferred processing gateway:

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Card): Perfect for instant checkouts using Visa or Mastercard networks. Your card attributes are processed through strict encrypted token flows.
  • PayPal: Allows you to leverage your personal PayPal wallet funds or linked international cards to settle balances in seconds.
  • Débito (M-Pesa): Our tailored integrated gateway for frictionless local mobile money transfers. By selecting this asset and following the on-screen inputs, you can supply your mobile wallet handle to approve transactions directly via the M-Pesa ecosystem dynamically.

After selecting your preferred processing engine, click the corresponding checkout button (e.g., Pay Now) embedded at the top header of the statement and follow the simple verification prompts.
