Keeping your profile records updated inside the IMOMA TECH platform is critical to ensure the seamless execution of your active architecture. Our system references these contact fields to dispatch high-priority notifications regarding domain expirations, core server maintenance windows, and official financial invoices formatted with your correct corporate fiscal data.
You can modify your personal contact handles, physical address mapping, and financial billing credentials securely at any historical milestone, directly inside your centralized Client Area.
Step-by-Step Profile Management Guide
- Navigate to the IMOMA TECH Client Area and authenticate using your active login access.
- In the upper right-hand header layout, click on your profile name to reveal the accounts dropdown menu and choose Edit Account Details.
- Inside the master profile panel, the interface will display your registered data structured into modifiable form blocks:
- Contact Elements: First name, last name, primary email communication handle, and operational phone numbers.
- Billing Layout / Address: Company legal entity name (if applicable), Tax ID / NIF / NUIT (Fiscal Identification Number), street address line, city workspace, and destination country.
- Overwrite or update the specific text fields requiring adjustments. Ensure that your primary administrative email remains an active inbox that you check routinely.
- Once you verify that all parameters are valid, click the blue Save Changes button located at the footer layout.
Please note that updating your billing attributes inside your master profile applies exclusively to future financial statements compiled by our billing automation. If you require updating fiscal parameters (such as your Tax ID or corporate name) on an invoice that has already been generated and remains unpaid, please open an administrative support ticket with our commercial desk so we can manually adjust the document asset.
Configuring Secondary Contacts or Sub-Accounts
If you operate alongside a business partner, an accountant, or an external web developer and want them to receive copies of transaction statements or infrastructure alerts, do not share your master password! On the exact same account management screen, switch over to the Contacts/Sub-Accounts tab to provision secondary users with custom permission levels and independent email pointers.
